NeurotoxQ
During the apoptosis process, shrinkage of neurites and somas are commonly observed. To manually quantify these morphological alterations is extremely time consuming and subjective. We therefore developed an ImageJ-based morphology quantification tool, NeurotoxQ, which provides automatic measurements of the following neuronal morphological parameters: (1) the average length of the neurite segments of each neuron; (2) the average size of each neuron cell body (soma); (3) the number of neurons.
